Job market in West Jordan — what industries are hiring?
I'm in finance and considering a move to West Jordan, UT. How's the job market there? The unemployment rate shows 3.1% which seems pretty good. But what does it actually look like on the ground?
Is it easy to network and find opportunities?

I've lived in Southside for 6 years and it's a hidden gem honestly.

For families, I'd recommend looking at Oakwood. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.

I'd add that healthcare options are better than most cities this size. Otherwise spot on!

Check out the Riverside area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.

Downtown is overrated and overpriced. The suburbs offer way better value.

Don't sleep on Highland Park. It's up and coming and still affordable.

As someone who moved here from Miami, I can confirm most of this. The cost of living surprised me the most.
