I work in manufacturing and The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $138,526, which feels pretty solid for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
