How are the schools in West Linn?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $138,526 in West Linn. Rent is about $2,006/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 10 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Highland side vs the South side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
