OK so I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -West Little River sits at 581.2 per 100K. Homes are going for about $293,400 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
