So, I relocated for work and You can expect to pay around $1,411 for rent here. Homes are going for about $293,400 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
