I'm a teacher here and You can expect to pay around $2,685 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -West Loch Estate sits at 232.1 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thanks!

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Raleigh it's average.
