Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $341,500 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? Property taxes are high but you get good services.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is solid in most areas.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Nashville it's challenging.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Vietnamese places. I love the pace of life here.
