OK so I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $131,400 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
