Military spouse here. Median household income is $107,222, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I wrong here? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.
