Is it worth buying in West New York?

Hey everyone, With a population of 51,683, West New York is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 51,683 people. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 15 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
