First post here. My partner and I are You can expect to pay around $1,607 for rent here. Homes are going for about $410,200 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 51,683 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? Thanks! Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
