Job hunting in West New York -tips?

Military spouse here. It's a a smaller city city with about 51,683 people. Crime rate is something to consider -West New York sits at 240.9 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Definitely worth checking out..
