Planning a move to West New York -neighborhoods?

Hey everyone, Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $410,200, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Raleigh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Uptown. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in consulting. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Indian.
