I'm a 32-year-old project manager and Homes are going for about $410,200 on average. With a population of 51,683, West New York is a smaller city. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
