I'm a 54-year-old writer and It's a a smaller city city with about 51,683 people. You can expect to pay around $1,607 for rent here. Household incomes average around $67,139 in West New York. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
