Studio apartments in West Odessa -options?

Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are With a population of 31,985, West Odessa is a smaller city. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Would love some local perspective.

Came here for family and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The cultural scene is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Bought a house here in 2023 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone about the same since then.
