Couple moving to West Palm Beach from out of state

I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $369,800 on average. With a population of 120K, West Palm Beach is a mid-size city. Average temperature is around 76°F, so it's warm year-round. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Bought a house here in 2022 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
