Random thought, With a population of 120K, West Palm Beach is a mid-size city. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thanks for reading. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Came here for work and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The dating scene is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is underrated in most areas.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from Denver and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Greenfield. It's better than expected for what you get.
Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in tech. If you're in tech you might struggle.
People: Generally improving. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Mexican.
Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is outdoor recreation. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.
