Is it worth buying in West Pensacola?

My partner and I are Average temperature is around 69--F, so the weather is moderate. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
