Hi all, I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $454,000, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 9.1%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,795 for rent here. With a population of 5,221, West Pleasant View is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
