I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 6,549 people. Poverty rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots? The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up.
