So, I've been here for 4 years and Homes are going for about $178,300 on average. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
