Not sure if this has been asked before, but Homes are going for about $213,900 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,371 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. public transit used to be much wild but now it's tough.

I'm a social worker and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.

Bought a house here in 2018 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is outdoor recreation. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
