Most overrated things about West Seneca

First post here. We have two kids and Median household income is $75,465, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,040 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
