Curious what people think. I'm retired and Poverty rate is 6.7%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $307,900 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,635 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
