Studio apartments in West Springfield Town -options?

It's a a smaller city city with about 28,635 people. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $307,900 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,121 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've lived in West for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good schools in most areas
- The traffic scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for remote workers. Feel free to reach out with questions..
