First post here. Been living here since 2009. The median home value here is around $612,200, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $2,426 for rent here. Rent is about $2,426/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 22,905 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.
