I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -West St. Paul sits at 416.4 per 100K. Poverty rate is 7.0%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone in a similar situation?
