Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $70,738 in West St. Paul. Crime rate is something to consider -West St. Paul sits at 416.4 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
