Alright, I'm a college student here and Median household income is $250,001, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
