Hello, Been living here since 2010. Homes are going for about $377,300 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
