Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 10 months ago and It's a a mid-size city city with about 138K people. Homes are going for about $377,300 on average. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Cedar Grove area are decent. Kids love it here.
