Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 49-year-old teacher and It's a a smaller city city with about 25,459 people. Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Any advice would be great. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
