Couple moving to West Whittier-Los Nietos from out of state

Alright, I work in energy and Homes are going for about $607,100 on average. With a population of 25,459, West Whittier-Los Nietos is a smaller city. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Does this match your experience? TIA!

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Cedar Grove area are tough. Kids love it here.
