Co-working spaces in West Yarmouth?

Curious what people think. Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,514/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value walkability, you'll love it. The traffic is genuinely better than expected and I've found I love the pace of life here. My neighborhood (South) is manageable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Raleigh, be prepared for the culture shock. walkability is completely different here. And Limited public transit options.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to Houston it's improving.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Miami and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Eastside. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in construction. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 5 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Definitely worth checking out..
