Is Westchase worth it salary-wise?

First post here. We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $120,070, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I'm a real estate agent and I've found the quality of life is solid. The community is tough and there's always something going on.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value weather, you'll love it. The housing market is genuinely excellent and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. My neighborhood (Meadowbrook) is reasonable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Austin, be prepared for the culture shock. cost of living is completely different here. And Property taxes are high.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
