I'm a 37-year-old marketing manager and The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $473,300 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is average in most areas.
