Westerly in the winter -how bad?
First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,243 for rent here. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,243/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective.
