Affordable areas near Westfield?

The median home value here is around $391,900, which seems about average. With a population of 51,109, Westfield is a smaller city. Rent is about $1,526/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 51,109 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 10 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Sunset side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I've lived in Greenfield for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Raleigh, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The weather scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Limited shopping options
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for retirees. Definitely worth checking out..

I'm a sales manager and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is underrated and there's always something going on.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Southern places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
