Best companies to work for in Westfield?

Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and Rent is about $1,526/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a social worker who relocated here from Charlotte about 9 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:

- Active local events and festivals

- Four distinct seasons

- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:

- Winters are long and cold

- Chain restaurants dominate

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are competitive, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Hope this helps!.
