First post here. We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,526 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 51,109 people. Poverty rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Thoughts? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
