Most overrated things about Westfield

Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I've lived in Downtown for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- The nightlife scene is excellent

The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The traffic is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
