Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $119,598, which feels pretty solid for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.
