Cheapest neighborhoods in Westfield?

Hey folks, I'm originally from Miami and Household incomes average around $212,700 in Westfield. It's a a smaller city city with about 30,760 people. The weather takes some getting used to. What are your go-to spots? The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 13 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Sunset side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
