Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and It's a a smaller city city with about 30,760 people. You can expect to pay around $2,211 for rent here. Median household income is $212,700, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
