I'm a college student here and With a population of 30,760, Westfield is a smaller city. Rent is about $2,211/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
