Hey, We have two kids and Rent is about $2,211/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
