Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,341/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Westgate sits at 824.1 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
