Hi all, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $336,100, which seems about average. Median household income is $110,101, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 2 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Midtown side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Westside area are pretty good. Kids love it here.
