Westlake housing prices -when will it stop?

Hey folks, I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,480 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. Worth the trade-offs?

Bought a house here in 2015 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
